We are looking at hiring a salesforce developer to assist a non-profit company to deconflict between 2 salesforce based system:
1. Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP)
2. Volunteer Management System (VMS)
NPSP is the master data record holder, and VMS is the slave. This two software was originally built by 2 different salesforce consultant. However, the client wants to deconflict the fields, such that the data can synchronize from VMS into NPSP and vice-versa.
Successful deconflicting of 55 Fields to ensure smooth data synchronization between VMS and NPSP

where those in yellow are fields shown on the page layout of NPSP’s own contact object.
The third column is VMS’s own field naming with some remarks within.
At the current stage, VMS is in the sandbox environment while NPSP is in the production environment. Synchronization of data will happen when VMS goes live, and we foresee a lot of conflicts happening when VMS goes live - hence we require the salesforce consultant/developer to complete this deconflict job before we go live on the 1st Feb.
The ideal deadline for this project is on January 31, 2020.
