Salesman for a Decor shop

My family has a shop, which is in need of another salesman to help running the shop. We have been operating slowly and for a small set of customers. We want to expand and we are looking for an active and self-motivated employee who can help expand the business.. There are bounces in addition to a fixed salary and trips to near by cities to advertise our shop's products.
