I've started a new website for people who cannot lose weight and would like to write about the following subjects: Why calorie counting doesn't work (and why it might be the combination of foods you eat rather than counting calories). Why exercise works for some people but not others. Why eating fats doesn't neccessarily make you fat. Why eating fruit might make you fat. I want to add references at the bottom of my pages so it looks professional. Also, I'm looking for research data in humans and NOT animals. I would also prefer the latest statistics of course.
