1. Create a scipt or macro for a "[url removed, login to view]" file in MS Office that will generate MS Word files to be used for copy/paste and e-mailing. Refer to the attached "[url removed, login to view]" file for the reference.

- I need a "one click" new file (*.doc) generated from "[url removed, login to view]" template

- "one click" e-mail generated to the recepient with some custom infrmation in the "title" and "e-mail body" fields extracted from the generated *.doc file.

2. Generate file similar to "proposal ISP & UG office [url removed, login to view]" file with fields (marked in red) extracted from the newly generated *.doc file in the task #1 above. "One click" e-mail generated to the recepient with some custom infrmation in the "title" field extracted from the generated *.xls file.

Please note: the "master file" in task #1 doesn't have to be in MS Office format - i need *.doc files populated from it by filling required fields. I was thinking of using macros, however I am open for suggestions and easier solutions.
