Squid- Installation/optimization on Linux server for 3 sites

I am urgently looking for someone to help me install Squid-Cache and optimise it on my Apache/linux server. Its very important that the Squid-Cache is highly optimised for a very busy site ([url removed, login to view]) as well.

I would appreciate someone who have done this before and can install today.

The main site (http://www.nijafriends.com) is very busy and is a Social Network and has chat room feature. The aim is to install Squid-Cache to make the site load faster.
