Widget wanted

We are looking for someone to create a simple widget. The idea is that the widget will be a "language identifier". So for example someone chooses a country from a drop down box and they are then given all the languages spoken in that country and/or they chose a language from a drop down box and they are shown which countries use that language. The idea behind the widget is for people to add it to their own websites and in exchange we get a link back. See a similar widget someone did for us at [login to view URL] The link back to us in the widget is very important. We also need the designer to submit it to Google as a Gadget.
