Actively seeking web designer / programmer with working knowledge of CSS design and set up of basic E-Commerce websites, with OsCommerce, OsCMax or CreLoaded and MySql experience.
I am setting up an office in Shenzhen, China, and prefer working with a local professional there if possible. English skills a must!
Primary objective: basic CSS editing and MySql editing to improve a few existing OsCommerce templates we are currently using for various site.
We need to add some detail boxes, information boxes, shipping modules, pop-ups, etc that are not already in the template we are using. Should be simple project for a programmer with knowledge of MySql and CSS. Most of these features are available at OsCommerce forums for free, but we need someone to implement them.
Example of one of our sites we want to improve: [url removed, login to view]
We want to add features such as bulk purchase discounts, new features, blog links, shipping calculators, those seen on [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] (all local chinese made sites on OsCommerce, or OscMax format)
need to get this project completed by March 10th
More specifics for those who are asking:
do you have some examples of oscomm sites?
some details of our specific needs...
what is your bid to back up our site www.gadgetcraver.comand add the features we seek as mentioned in the bid request and those listed below:

Plug in Contributions to fix some problems:
latest UPS rates XML
a logging contribution to keep better record of invoice than standard (we have an issue with customers not clicking link on paypal to return to our site after payment...then site deletes their order, even after they paid)
SEO friendly links, item and page names
we have seen these contributions to fix some of this:

Have the same issues with three sites (lets try one, and if all is good, then you could plug in the same on all three)
also, we have an OSmax site that needs a design, and a few joomla sites you might help with too.
