Proxy Installation on debian

Hello,

we are in need for a proxy server software which is easy to administrate (user administration) and has following features:

- user authentication (no anonymous usage) for proxy usage

- web based user administration (there will be an admin and normal logins to manage proxy users)

- proxy for HTTP, HTTPS and custom ports which might be used by webservers, FTP proxy if possible

- mask browser language, user-agent as required

- access protocols per user

- will run on Debian Etch, if DB is needed - MySQL5

- control of listening interfaces (best would be through xinetd)

Additional we need either a working step-by-step manual for setup on identical servers or an installation package to install it on other servers without providing root login to you.

The purpose of the software is to route all web activities of our company and external project partners through the proxy to leave no trail of external sources. We work in web analytics.

Caching is not required.

Please provide:

- guaranteed completion time after you receive logon data
