Crazy script goofing my page out

Hi everyone.
This SHOULDN'T be as hard as it is but it's got everybody stumped..
The trouble lies in the 'Deals' page on

you will see that in the right-hand table is a Xara Site updater..this is a basic CMS which can be added to a site by simply cut 'n' pasting a bit of script.
Trouble is (as you will see)it is not displaying the way it should (in Forefox though it is fine!!!).
Crack this FOR £10 AND I WILL PUT MORE WORK (PLUS BETTER) YOUR WAY - our studio is growing and we need a good, and polite, freelancer.

I have reowrked the web site and it no longer uses frames.
