Twitter Train website script

I am in need of a script to do the following: Have users log-in with their Twitter Username and password, and be able to add twitter followers to their account at rapid amounts. And be able to set-up VIP accounts that will appear in a separate section for a PayPal payment method. (VIP Add section).
