Trading Stock Indicator that need to be Automated

Job Description:
My project will need to take a stock trading indicator to a automated system that will work on the Think or Swim platform. below is a list that need on my project.
1) Need have a start/stop button for trading along with a message (stating begin or stop trading)
2) Entry trade need to have optional (2a. Market Order,( 2b. Limit Order. (2c. Stop Order) Upon entry execution the the system should automatically place an stop loss on the previous last bar. It will be high of the highest on that bar.
3) Exiting a trade should be on trend reversal and open a new order whether its a (buy/Sell) or manual execution.
4) Indicator should be able to execute on 1min/5min/15min/30min/1hr/4hr/1day/1wk/1mo. time frame.
5)This Indicator should be able to work on TOS & Trade View platforms.
Note: I've attached the Vision Chart Setup (an ideal of what I'm looking for) along with the program script (please NO NO NO arrows) keep the format (Reversal Numbers) as indicated on the screen.
