AdWords Certified Professional To Maintain and Optimize Small Campaigns

We are a US Based local marketing company looking for a contractor to assist with ongoing management and reporting of AdWords and Bing PPC Campaigns. The chosen Individual must be an AdWords Certified Individual, have at least 12 months experience managing mid sized campaigns and be extremely proficient at all aspects of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns. We're looking for a detail oriented individual who will be able to provide weekly reports and statistics on account performance as well as suggestions for additional improvements. Candidate must be a creative writer and be proficient at writing and testing effective ads as well. References from other satisfied clients wii be appreciated as well.
