Qualified senior and junior writer applicants will be taken in under a probationary subcontractorship with the company for 1 month. During this month, qualified senior and junior writer applicants will be given extensive hands-on training on 2 Saturdays of the 20-work day cycle and on-the-job training Mondays to Fridays (also during the 20-work day cycle). While working, they will be graded based on their daily, weekly and monthly performance for that particular 20-work day cycle. The best senior will be promoted to a managerial post while the best junior to a senior post. The promoted manager will then handle his or her former "groupmates" for 3 months.

This is a work from home post. You will be required to log into a virtual office at the start of your work shift and send work progress/status reports along with copies of your completed tasks before you log out of the virtual office at the end of your work shift.
Payments will be sent via PayPal, bank to bank wire transfers, online bank to bank transfers, manual bank deposits and/or GAF escrow (whichever is available) after every 10-work day cycle.
