Our firm is in need of 100 high quality links to a single domain with 1-2 anchor texts per domain.
We are looking for authority sites to place these links on. We are a newer site, so domains do not have to be extremely high, but must have at least one PR4 page.
-All links must be on a page of PR2 or better. All links must be imbedded in the content itself. We simply cannot accept links that are lumped together at the bottom or side of the page with other paid-type links.
-All links should be "natural" in appearance utilizing anchor text methodologies.
-All websites must be in the English language and centered on men's fashion (clothing, dress, style, accessories, etc.)
-All links must be from different domains and IP addresses (geographically diverse, different class-c IP address block).
-We need a conservative, staggered approach stretching over a period of 2 weeks (not all at once). This will help avoid any search engine penalties.
-We can only accept one link per domain.
-Links should be placed on pages having recent Google and Yahoo activity (no dead or abandoned sites will be accepted). A quick cache snapshot should be used to determine activity.
-This goes without saying, but all links must be permanent and indexable by search engine robots. We will not accept rel="nofollow" links, or [url removed, login to view] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages, or anything similar.
Once a contractor has been selected, we need to target completion over a 2-week period. We don't have time to sit around on this one. If the contracted work is done properly we are more than eager to sign this person up for a monthly assignment with the same objectives.
We reserve the right to approve or disapprove of all link placements.
Payment : We would like to show some good faith, so we will pay 25% of the agreed amount once the first 25 links are in place and verified. The balance will be paid only after all links (100) have been fully indexed and cached by Google. That might take some time depending on the PR of the linking pages and how frequently they are spidered.
Our firm will provide all of the necessary anchor text details once a contractor selection has been made. Each week, the contractor will need to update a matrix which outlines:
-URL of link
-The date the link was added-
-The anchor text used in the link
-The Google PR for the linking page
-The site IP address
If you have any additional questions not outlined above, please feel free to contact us for additional details.
