Targeted links for 3 sites

I have 3 sites: the first is health related, the second financial and the third property related. I want links for these sites, targeted links. - 2 anchor texts for each site. - Backlinks on urls should be active right away. - Linked sites must be in english. - Linked sites must be PR2 or higher. - NO ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES. - One-way HOMEPAGE manual links. - Linked sites must be established and fully active. - Linked sites must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. When bidding please let me know how many links you can get to each site as well as the average PR of the links. I am not looking for a bunch of low quality links, if you offer a small quantity of QUALITY, TARGETED links (preferably 50+ for each site) at a good price Im definitely interested. Please remember: I want TARGETED links for each of my sites. Do NOT offer seo packages, such as directory submission, article submission, etc... Im not looking for these services now. I will verify that links are DoFollow and that the domain PR of each website is as promised.
