Google Boot Specialist

I can not get my site indexed Turkish Language.

I use ip redirection for each country database. Since most google boots are from US location ,my site displays English only.

Example, if you visit my site from India , my system fetch the data from India DB. I . I have attached the [login to view URL] ,htaccess and sitemap.

Can you help to fix it?
