High ranking & converting SEO for local retail store

We're looking for someone to help our website ([login to view URL]) rank high on Google for anyone searching for a barbershop based in Bristol, UK. For example if someone searches 'Barbershop bristol', or 'Barber Bristol'
Ideally users would then go on our site, and download our app which would be recorded as a conversion.
Our store launches on March 12th, and so ideally we would like to rank highly by then. We currently have not focused at all on SEO.
We would be most open to deal structures that involve a fixed fee, alongside a success fee for number of successful conversions.
