REPOST Need to generate 500-1000 per day unique visitors

The goal is to get relevant and related traffic specific to my site.

The result should increase very quickly our traffic (1000+ visits per day as a first step).

Remember, I need the visitors from my city in Canada, not all over Canada. Need to be specific for one site and the other 2 websites I have can be worldwide no boundaries.

I expect to see changes from results each week with reports on traffic.

I work thru skype. I hired one group already and they did well at first but only generated 24 visitors in 2 weeks. I need someone to get 100-250 per day within 2-3 weeks not 24.
