SEO Expert or Wizard

We are an online marketing agency based in California looking for a SEO/SEM expert or wizard. We're marketing experts but we will need you to be the expert when it comes to this particular subject.
You will be the go-to person when someone raises a question about SEO related issues because you have an intimate understanding of its nuances, limitations, and applications.
You have a good vision of the project outcome and understand the science of content marketing and know which strategies and tactics to implement.
Your first job will be to do an extremely detailed audit and provide a clear road-map of our keyword ranking goals, timelines, and budgets. Being a stickler for detail is a given so you will submit your cover letter telling me what a sturgeon is, and what kind of luxurious food you can make of it.
Preferred Qualifications:
-SEO Expert (Like you breathe SEO and can spot and explain its nuances)
-5-10+ years of experience
-has existing case studies of current clients they are having success with.
-knows both grey and white hat SEO.
-knows content marketing.
-based in the USA,
-articulate (can be client-facing if needed)
