We have a Netgear Nighthawk Router and a Synology NAS DS920.
The local network is all set up and working fine however we are receiving the following two errors when trying to connect to Synology DDNS.
• Synology DDNS connection failed. Please check your network status.
• Synology DDNS connection check is disabled. To resume this service, please sign in to DSM > Control Panel > External Access, or SRM > Network Center > Internet > QuickConnect & DDNS and enable Heartbeat.
Please see attached image for error messages.
We need someone to connect using teamviewer and correct these issues straight away.
When you connect we will be logged in to the router and also the NAS.
Please only place a bid if you are sure you can correct this issue.
If a good job is done we will give you a 5 star rating and will ask you to help us again in the future.

I have set up the DDNS service in the past to use for offsite backups with the Synology NAS solution. I believe once connected to the system I will be able to resolve this issue
