Job Description:
Needs to have the following (more detailed brief to be discussed):
- multi-section form to collect quite a lot of detailed personal information
- pop-up information dialogs embedded throughout form to explain questions
- parts of form will need to be able to take in multi-instance categoric information in which different users may have different numbers of instances to input (ie. one customer may enter ten instances of something, while another might enter one or none)
- all data inputs to populate to a SharePoint list
- document generation (PDF & email) from SharePoint list
- admin capacity to edit SharePoint list and re-generate documents
- user authentication (admin; customer)
- integration with Stripe to email invoice at certain point in customer journey and ascertain that payment has been made before customer journey continues
- confirmation emails to 2 separate email addresses (with common attachment for review; and embedded buttons in each email either approving or not approving attachment)
All needs to be documented/explained to allow future development and maintenance.
