We are looking for someone to help us make an online job request form in InfoPath that can be accessed by all our in house and external staff through SharePoint.
We have a complicated work flow (word document) created already and we need a form that puts this to action. The workflow requires various actions attached to the form including sending email reminders and time frame setups that need to flow over the 5 pages of the form.
We need to attach list of current subcontractors that work for and lists of current staff. Most of the pages need to have a new view drop down, depending on boxes ticked.
Due to the nature of our business we need to be able to continually amend the information on all the lists that are attached to the form.
We the need to form to auto fill relevant information from page to page and at the completion of the job we need it to create a spread sheet with all the relevant information.
You need to be able to explain any of the more technical aspects of the job in simple terms as I will be running it and know very little about the in depth work required.
We are ideally looking for someone with expert knowledge of SharePoint and info path 2010 and good communication skills.
