We would like to send a weekly summary to each assignee to list all the items.
In addition, we want each item to have a box or a check box beside it, when they can select it and than click on confirm at the bottom. Perhaps we can use power automate email with option but instead the email to contain a summary and user can select a check box and than click confirm. Once that done, we want power automate to update all the items that assignee clicked that its completed. see images.
