We are a small IT provider looking for a SharePoint solution to manage all our internal client documentation.
You might already have the template or customized solution at your work place.
We are looking for an efficient/simple way to be able to
1. Manage all our customers setup documentation (Word, Excel, PDF and Visio Diagrams)
2. Secure password management (Admin passwords, other network equipment, NAS, firewall and routers etc
3. Product expiry reminder (ie domain renewal date, SSL expiry date etc)
4. Search option
5. any other ideas or suggestions are welcome
We are looking for something easy to use with minimal steps. Let me know what other information you would need.
