We are a small consulting company and we need very simple online Sharepoint workflows for better organising and monitoring of our operations (internal requests, managing proposals and e-library).
We need 4 sites developed on online sharepoint:
- site for submitting internal requests (e.g. vacation, changes and incidents reporting..) that will be approved by a designated person
- site for uploading relevant literature and searching through the e-library (by document name, tags etc.)
- site for managing proposals - basic workflow which will allow by adding new item (e.g. name of the proposal I'm preparing) a list of pre-defined tasks to be generated
- site for managing projects - basic workflow which will allow by adding new item (e.g. name of the project I'm currently working on) a list of pre-defined tasks to be generated
