Part Time Office 365 level I (II?) Sharepoint Specialist

Job Description:
I need someone to assist me in creating our INTRANET on Office 365 as well as building some applications all within Sharepoint Online, PowerApps.
(please, use a quick automatic translator on the attached documents with the scope of the first 2 tasks).
4 hours a day, monday to friday. Either mornings, afternoons or evening at Brasília, DF (GMT-3). (flexible with time)
We need to "transform" the attached excel file into some sort of app or from on office 365/sharepoint online list.
Power BI knowledge is a plus.
The position would initially be a part time one. As soon as we manage to delivere 2 initial apps/forms/portals (Customer SUpport TOol on Sharepoint) the position becomes full time.
The project scope for these 2 demands are attached to this project. What I need is a part time assistant. As soon as we deliver those documents, we move to full time position to build our intranet on office 365.
Help with setting documents, pages, lists and other Office 365 ecosystem pages as Confidencial, Permissioning, Document Access-Sharing restrictioning will be part of the job´s initial scope.
