We are a project managment company that has approximately 15 companies working for us at one time. We would like to give each company access to our SharePoint site with permission to thier own list of personnel so they can update/manage thier own people.
We need to use SharePoint Server 2010 Enterprise and InfoPath 2010
1. All of the company lists need to update our Master Personnel List (permission set to only our management team).
2. We are looking to create a solution that will allow us to have a running list of all personnel working for us.
3. For each person working on our Program we need to have the name and expiry of ther Certifications (as well as other medical and personal details).
Our contractors are not always the brightest and therefor we are looking for ease of entry. Currenly we have a personnel list set up for the personal info, but we are having trouble coming up with a clever and easy way to include thier Certification information.
