I am looking for assistance with conversion tracking. It's a Shopify store, and they sell in multiple countries/currencies.
We got one conversion that reported €9,934 in revenue, but no such order exists on the backend of Shopify. The first thought was that it might be a decimal place issue... but we don't have any orders in Shopify that are similar to that number.
My next thought is that it's a currency issue. If we had a purchase in USD for $11,600, then it would translate to €9,934 ... But again, these numbers don't add up. Most orders are for around $130 or $150...
We are looking for assistance with this specific issue but also with tracking through Google Analytics with multiple currencies. It doesn't seem to add up to what we are seeing in Shopify if a user completed the checkout process in a different currency than USD
