Your job is to handle customer service for my ecommerce business, you will respond to our customers regarding their questions and concerns. They will ask about shipping times, cancel of orders, change of orders and other concerns, and you will respond to them by email fast and nicely.
My e-commerce business is based on the platform Shopify so earlier experience in this would be great, if for example a customer asks us to change his or her email, you have to be able to go into Shopify and do that for her.
