Customize Shopify store based on Illustrator File

I need to convert an AI design file into an existing Shopify Store.

The design has been created in Illustrator. I can provide it as is or in .jpg elements if needed (see attachment).
We also picked out a theme that should work for that purpose: [login to view URL] It's already installed on the backend.
We're just looking to have the site look as close to the pdf attached as possible.
