Shopify Expert - Show message when discount code is applied

Job Description:
Hello,
My code is following:

{% for item in [login to view URL] %}
{% for discount in [login to view URL] %}
{% if [login to view URL] contains 'LOVE2' %}
<p> Discount code applied </p>
{% endif %}
{% endfor %}
{% endfor %}"
It is used to show a message when a discount code on website is applied.
However, problem is message only shows when there is at least 1 product in cart.
I want it to show when there are also 0 product in cart (cart empty).
So can you please fix that following code for 10€ ?
