**Shopify developers** For the past five days some clients report the same error while fetching shipping rates: "Some items in your cart don’t ship to your location...." I contacted Shopify and they said it has to do with the app that manages my rates. So I contacted ZAPIER. email@example.com. I use two apps that they develop "Store Pick up and delivery" (which manages the rates) and "Delivery Rates by zipcode. They weren´t able to fix this problem, however they went in the code and found that the app Bold bundles which I installed this past Monday was causing the issues. So I uninstalled this app per their suggestion. Also, they copied them to support@bold. so they could help us delete all the code related to BOLD to see if that was the problem.I even found this thread where other people are having the same problem: [login to view URL] I couln´t find anything simliar to my problem, however I´m not a developer so I don´t want to modify code. So they are saying that because people are able to go to checkout sometimes without validating date and hour for delivery with Store PIckup and Delivery app, this mistake happens. However, I´ve found that sometimes I go to abandoned carts, copy the URL into an incognito window and suddenly the shipping rates work. It happens with some clients and with some orders, however I haven´t been able to find the reason why it happens. Please see attached image to envision the error. I need to find out what´s causing this. Are you the guy to fix this?? 2020/07/04 Store Pickup & Delivery via [login to view URL] I ran some tests on your store and I can see that there is another app conflicting with our app and causing issues as I can continue to checkout without adding any pickup/delivery information so essentially I can bypass our widget by clicking the checkout button, this would result in no rates being displayed at checkout and customers would receive the error that you mentioned. After some investigation, it appears that the bold product bundles app is causing this issue. The bold bundles app is on our list of incompatible apps.I am afraid the only solution would be to remove the bold bundles app and all of its code from your theme. If you would like any assistance with this please let me know, we can include the bold bundles support theme in this thread and ask them to remove the code.
