Shopify Theme Upgrade + Some Customisations
Budget $250-750 AUD
I need a current shopify site to be upgraded to a new theme:

And then we also need the following customisation:
1. Click to call on mobile
2. Contact Us page - Add contact form
3. Customers can order samples: [login to view URL] - add something like this to the site. (One of his competitors has something like it on their site: [login to view URL])
