Need a Web Coder - Urgent

I have a simple and straight forward site that I need built over the weekend. It needs to be finished in the next 24 hours, so I need someone who is really ready to work hard on this for us. The site is will consist of 2 main pages. Home Page Checkout Page Then any other pages that are needed for the process of checking out. The site will be selling 1 product, and the capabilities of letting the buyer purchase the product and selecting multiple pay is necessary. In other words, we should be able to charge a buyer 4 payments of $24.99, which will be charged automatically. We will need to use Authorize.net. I am opened to how this site is built. Whatever is the quickest, most cost effective and straight forward way. If you think Wordpress is the way to go, we can do Wordpress. If you think just straight xhtml/css, that is fine too. I will attach the 2 designs for the above pages.
