Social Media Growth + Creator Sourcing Assistant (Early-Stage Project)

We are building everything from the ground up and need someone who can think independently, move fast, and help create momentum. Pay: Up to $4/hour We may hire multiple people for a short trial phase, but the goal is to retain no more than 1–2 long-term team members based on performance. For this trial period I need one person per social media platform (TikTok/facebook/instagram etc) but the top two chosen will need to be skilled and knowledgeable of ALL platforms so in your proposal name your one of choice --- ## What You’ll Be Doing This role combines content creation, social media growth, and creator sourcing. --- ### 1. Social Media Growth (From Scratch) - Create and manage accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) - Design graphics and short-form videos - Post consistently and help grow pages from zero - Engage with other creators (comments, DMs, groups) to increase visibility - Bring your own ideas — not just follow instructions --- ### 2. UGC / Micro-Influencer Sourcing - Find 50–100+ micro creators (1K–10K followers) - These creators should be: - Active and consistent - Engaged with their audience - Open to affiliate-style partnerships - Goal is to identify people willing to post consistently (2–3 times per week or more) --- ### 3. Podcast & Creator Research (High Priority) - Find small to mid-size podcasters and audio creators - Criteria: - Consistent posting - Clear niche (business, storytelling, self-improvement, etc.) - Engaged audience - Ideally 1K–100K+ followers - Organize everything in a clean document (Google Sheet preferred): - Name - Platform - Niche - Follower count - Engagement (if visible) - Contact info (email, Instagram, etc.) --- ### 4. Outreach Support - Help message creators via email or DMs - Track responses and organize leads --- ## What We’re Looking For - Independent thinker (not someone who waits for instructions) - Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment - Basic design and video editing skills - Understanding of social media growth - Experience finding influencers or creators is a plus If you have read the job and can do the task use the phrase “hire me now” to let me know you understand only those with the phrase can do this job --- ## Important We are NOT looking for someone who relies only on AI tools.
