Social media virtual assistant - engagement & content creation

Attention Digital is a marketing agency in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are looking to bring on a few talented freelancers to assist some of our clients grow & nurture their brand's social media presence. We are looking for freelancers to help with two primary areas: - Audience engagement - Content creation & publishing Audience Engagement This role will require you to find, follow, and engage with relevant profiles - primarily on Instagram - using the company's account. This includes things like following profiles, liking posts, and leaving & responding to comments. Content Creation & Publishing This role requires someone with some artistic talents but does not require photoshop or Adobe Illustrator experience. Most of the social media graphics we produce are done in Canva. A premium Canva account will be provided. We need someone to help create unique, original, and attractive social media graphics based on the clients brand, goals, and objectives. These two needs may require different freelancers or if you are someone that is interested in both tasks, we would be open to exploring that route as well. Requirements: - Computer (Desktop or Laptop) - Smartphone - Reliable Internet Connection - Any USA Timezone (Pacific to Eastern) - Ability to work ~10 hours /wk on your own schedule Preferred skills: - Communication (ability to keep us updated with your work as well as writing skill for posts & comments) - Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest - Experience with Google Docs & Sheets - Experience with Canva (not a requirement but would be advantageous) - Trustworthiness - Hard Working - Creative - Adaptable - Ability to receive feedback/critiques This is an entry level or limited experience requirement role. We will provide training for all the tools & technology we use. We will only consider freelancers under $20/hr. For freelancers only looking to assist with audience engagement and not content creation <$15/hr. We will likely start with just 1 brand and a trial period with limited hours. If the delvierables & communication are up to our standards, we may increase hours & brands if the freelancers is interested in additional hours/work.
