We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to create/build out our social media campaigns and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.

Social Media Marketing Plan
Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
Digital Marketing Calendar - Frequency of message Relay
Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
Content - Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
Brand Launch in the Digital Space
Devise or recommend strategies to attract and retain customers, maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
Expanding our reach
Recommendations for optimal allocation of marketing budget
Stay on top of industry changes to ensure one is ahead of the curve on digital and social.
Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Lead strategic planning across social and digital platforms to provide direction for a brand's presence in the digital ecosystem.
Create engaging content to generate interest and virality for the campaign
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.
Interact with comments and solve any inbound issues
Implementation and Maintenance of Digital Content on all platforms shortlisted
Recommend financially optimal Social Media plans for shortlisted platform for revenue creation
Skills this project requires:
Experience with B2C social media for creating brand awareness and eventually brand recall.
Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments
Knowledge of web analytics tools and web traffic metrics
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Conceptualising virals, banner campaigns and social media campaigns
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Experience managing social media on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other Display networks
Experience in planning, buying media for product promotion.
Experience with budget allocation for social media spend
Knowledge of Photoshop
Fluency in English
Additional qualification in web and graphic design and/or animation is a plus
