Ecommerce Social & Digital Marketing Manager
$8-15 AUD / hour
I require the services of a hand-on Online Marketing Manager that is very skilled, experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of Social & Digital advertising/marketing. As such they will need to have a good understanding of free and paid marketing methods, E-commerce and prepared to review pertinent programs to enable the best marketing outcomes & results from the processes described .
The applicant will be required to construct media, advertising and marketing strategies/plans and budgets and be required to report on these from a planning and analytical perspective through regular reporting methods. Therefore an excellent understanding of analytics to be able to measure & report on campaign success or requirements will be imperative.
They will be required to source and manage casual contract work from designers and graphics for the ongoing development of POD designs, logos, videos, advertising graphics, etc., as and when this may be required
This person will need to set up communication lines, Trello or similar, with other staff that are maintaining projects that will require ongoing advertising and marketing. These areas are as follows but not limited to eBay, Amazon, Shopify dropshipping, Affiliate marketing of digital & physical products, FaceBook Groups, etc. The applicant will also be required to have a hands-on approach to the roles & tasks required for these platforms.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a positive attitude, along with a desire for creativity, passion, fun and commitment to the tasks and outcomes.
I will require the applicant to maintain ongoing self-learning to maintain and keep abreast of new and evolving skills in all these platforms and reviewing what’s happening in the market place to improve your understanding of particular new ideas and best practice.

Also please explain what programs you have had experience with for ongoing daily, weekly & monthly reporting and online monitoring along with those used in the overall online advertising & marketing.
