Promote twitch and discord channels

I am looking for someone to do some promotional stuff for my twitch stream on social media, such as their twitter, instagram, facebook or other large exposure platform.
The promotional growth will have to adhere to the freelancers TOS as well as Twitchs' TOS which includes but is not limited to - no use of bots, fake accounts, or paying people to watch.
The right kind of person who can do the job will most likely get more work in future.
Auto-bids will be ignored so please make sure to include the word 'Blue' somewhere in your proposal so it doesn't get ignored.
Also do NOT ask me to then use a platform other than freelancer to do the work - you are bidding on, and will be paid on, a freelancer site project.
The right person will need:
- Good communication
-Good response time to my messages (minimum of within 24hours)
-Not bid a ridiculously high amount. Don't let the fact the job is in the bracket from $30-$250 make you believe you can bid $200
-A decent sized platform; don't bid if you have a twitter account with 10 followers.
I will need to see the size of your social media platforms BEFORE awarding the job, and I will need to be able to see the promotional links BEFORE releasing final payments - this will be done by checking the media platform and wont just be accepted via a screenshot.
