We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Virtual Assistant to support a busy Real Estate Agent in various administrative and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a college degree, be proficient in administrative duties, possess strong marketing skills, have a strong background in social media marketing and graphic design, and exhibit excellent communication and organizational abilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist with marketing efforts, and create visually appealing content to help promote the real estate business. Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Marketing Support: Conduct research, handle inquiries, and relay messages promptly. Make follow-up calls to contacts as directed by the Real Estate Agent. Assist with transaction coordination and administrative tasks as required. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies. Create engaging content and schedule posts on various platforms. Design marketing materials and ensure branding consistency. Maintain and update the company website as needed. Tracking & Qualifications: Utilize Toggl daily to track work activities. Send an end-of-day (EOD) email outlining daily work activity. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities. Proven experience in social media marketing and graphic design. Proficiency in CRM tools like KW Command and Go High Level. Familiarity with website management and Google Ad campaigns. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Skills & Software Proficiency: Excellent US English reading, writing, and speaking skills. Proficient in Google/Gsuite programs and AI software. Experience with CRMs and their integrations. Desire to learn and improve processes. Analytical, creative, and adaptive thinking. Reliable computer, internet, and power connection. Additional Qualifications (recommended): Experience working in the real estate industry / with a real estate agent Additional Information: Working Hours: This is a full-time position 40 working hours per week. The candidate will be expected to adhere to a consistent schedule and be available during regular business hours to support the real estate agent and perform the required duties. Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate the real estate agent's schedule and client needs. Location: This is a remote position, allowing the candidate to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Applicant must be able to communicate effectively via messaging platforms like WhatsApp. Tools: The candidate should have access to necessary software and tools for social media marketing and graphic design. Training: Training and onboarding will be provided to familiarize the candidate with specific procedures and systems used by the real estate agent.
