I need a versatile creator who can take full ownership of my Instagram, TikTok and Facebook feeds. The goal is to keep each platform buzzing with short-form videos that ride the latest trends while still teaching our audience something useful and spotlighting our products in a natural, entertaining way. Because there are no formal brand guidelines yet, you’ll also help shape the visual tone and voice from day one. Expect plenty of freedom to experiment—as long as every post feels cohesive, upbeat and unmistakably “us.” Core responsibilities • Research daily trends, audio clips and challenge formats that fit our niche • Script, film or edit (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) a steady stream of reels, TikToks and Facebook videos • Blend trendy challenges, quick how-to or myth-busting pieces, and subtle product showcases into a balanced weekly mix • Write punchy captions, pick hashtags and schedule posts for optimal reach • Track performance inside platform analytics and suggest tweaks based on real numbers Key deliverables (weekly) 1. A content calendar covering at least five posts per platform 2. All final video files (vertical, 1080×1920, ready to publish) 3. Caption copy and hashtag sets in a shared doc 4. A short report highlighting wins, misses and next-week ideas I’ll provide product footage, past user-generated clips and quick feedback loops—everything else is in your creative hands.
