Ongoing need for Youtube Views and Likes, Facebook Fans / Likes

We are in need of a regular provider for our business. Provider should be able to provide: - Youtube views (from 5k to 1Mio per video) from real visitors (US or worldwide but then specify which country mix + with social websites as referer). - Youtube likes (let us know how you generate them so that we know they're real) - Facebook fans and likes. For each, please send us your best rate card (for Youtube views, we're looking at $0.3 per 1000 views). We buy such services in large volume every month. We need a highly reliable individual or organization with great communication (skype) and if possible a control panel to manage things.
