Facebook Application

I need a Facebook application designed with the following: Ability to scan in a photo and "morph"(change) the photo to look like the person would look after losing an amount of weight they enter. For example: I scan in my picture, enter my name, phone number and email address, current weight and amount of weight that I want to lose. The application takes the photo and morphs the picture into a new version that looks like the weight has been lost. The before and after pictures are then posted on Facebook wall for all of their friends to see and download the same application. Once the photo is posted, the person gets a notification sent by email with a link to tour a web site. I would then like to tie the application back to the person it was download from via an individual replicated web site. Facebook Application "Virtual Weight Loss" is similar.
