Supervises and maintains the organization’s websites, online, and mobile marketing channels. This position works with IT, e-commerce, and outside vendors to maintain and improve the website (including search engine optimization), maintains and monitors the organization’s e-communication systems including but not limited to email, digital signage, ATM messaging, and on-hold messaging systems.
Plans, develops, executes, and manages BayCoast Bank and its affiliates’ digital marketing tactics across all digital devices and mediums. This includes but is not limited to websites, mobile apps, social media, blogs, email campaigns, banner advertising, etc.
Collaborates with marketing team to develop emails for all lines of business reporting on key metrics and utilizing best practices.
Creates and manages content for website, mobile platforms, social media, blogs, etc. including writing, editing, and proofreading copy and works with bank subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with banking regulations.
Collaborates with those responsible for each line of business and each of the affiliates to support their marketing efforts that relate to digital marketing.
Works collaboratively with the entire Marketing Team to provide support that helps contribute to higher levels of revenue for the organization.
Works with the Compliance Department to ensure that the organization is always in compliance with all relevant regulations.
Represents the organization in a positive way by volunteering to assist community organizations.
