Help me on running my [login to view URL] script

Budget $25-50 USD / hour

I have been trying to run a [login to view URL] script more than once in a different ports. I have right configuration in Nginx also. After running the scripts through pm2, nothing seems to be working, although can't see any errors in pm2 logs or nginx. So there might be a small fix required. This project has few other bigger things to be done after this.
