Replace SharePoint share button to email link

The default SharePoint 2013 share button have the possibility to share only 1 document at the time. After clicking the share button the user has to enter the people to share with. Clicking on the share button will send an email to these persons and change the permission structure in SharePoint so these people can view/edit the document. Requirements for the solution 1. Change the behavior of the sharing process I need a solution that will change the default SharePoint share behavior. The solution must fit the following requirements: 1. A single file can be shared but also multiple files can be shared. If multiple files are selected in a library the share button in the ribbon must be available. 2. After clicking the share button the share popup will appear. Based on the settings for SharePoint there are now 2 default solutions: a. Users can share documents only with internal users b. Users can share documents with external users too (this should only be possible if the share external feature is activated in the Central Admin) The problem is that if a file is now shared, permission changes are added to SharePoint. This must be prevented. So what I need is: - Clicking the share button will only send an email with the document title(s) and the link(s) below it to the users. - On the top of each email an introduction text must be visible like: The following document(s) are shared with you - In front of each shared document should be a star icon with a link to follow the document. - On the footer of the email some instructions should be visible like: Documents are only available if you have permission to the SharePoint environment. Click the star icon in front of the document title to follow the document to get updates in your newsfeed. Full requirements are attached to the project.
