We are looking to have an C++ application, which runs under Windows 7.
The user can draw a text by using a pen tool in a standalone application, and by pressing a button the software should recognize the text using the Windows 7's handwriting ICR. The normal Windows 7 ICR window shouldn't showed up, it should do it in the background.
As it will be a part of an existing project, we will need all the source files.
Also for the same reason do not use .NET and/or MFC libraries.
The pen tool shouldn't be any of the Windows's built-in handwriting tool, it should be a self-developed one, which sends the ready-made image/bitmap/path to the system for recognition.
