Linux based autoanswering softphone.

I need a linux based sip softphone that will be able to answer incoming calls and receive dtmf data with inband [login to view URL] software must be dedeveloped with c++ and must be developed with object oriented architecture. It should be able to register to one or more voip providers at the same time. It should be able to process multiple calls at the same time from multiple accounts. It should process the signal based on specific requirements, send the processed data to an other server and also store both processed and raw data to a mysql database. All these fetures must be configurable. More details will be provided via personal message. I need someone to work full time on this and deliver as fast as possible. Delays on the schedule will not be tolerated. This will be an ongoing project with updates and new features.
