Multiline message list in Firebird

Both Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes feature a vertical view. This view is horizontally splitted in folder view, message list and message preview. While the view as such is possible in Firebird ('vertical view'), the multiline message list has not yet been implemented.

Bug #213945 shows that attempts have been made to implement this. Many people ask for this feature and we feel it could greatly improve the Firebird experience.
