I need someone to make some modifications to the Sugar CRM module so that it more specifically fits my needs. Preferably, the person making the modifications is familiar with Symantec ACT!
I would like the following:
1. Install and configure SugarCRM on our server
2. Assist in selection or creation of theme and install theme
3. Assist in setting up synchronization mechanism for on-line and off-line
version (if needed)
4. Make modifications as follow. Modifications should be made to both
on-line and off-line client version:
Create view for notes which consolidates the complete notes for history
items into one view, such as how they are displayed in Act!. The view should
be displayable on the contact screen, below the contact detail information.
Display should show Note:
- Type (Call, meeting, note, etc.)
- Note details (text of note)
Notes should be displayed in reverse chronological order so that the most
recent note is first.
If emails are part history, bodies of email do not need to be displayed - it
is ok to just display the email subject line.
In Actions, scheduling meeting: Modify the way the times are entered both
for the meeting start time and duration, so that the time can be typed in
directly such as "4:15pm" for start and "15" for duration, rather than
selected via drop down menus.
In Actions, creating Tasks: Make same time entry modification for Start Date
and Due Date.
